We manufacture and produce electroplated diamond belt and CBN belt / sandpaper, our diamond and CBN belts is high grinding and polishing efficiency, long belt sheet life and can achieve good surface roughness properties, also environmentally friendly. Diamond is harder than CBN abrasive, but thermal stability is lower. CBN belts can process ferrous metal and alloy materials. This supplied new process way to processing toughness, tenacity and some difficult-to-machine materials. With viewing the diamond is more suitable for processing high toughness and brittleness materials, the diamond and CBN can mutually complementary exactly. Used for edge deburring,scratch removal,surface refining and polishing,spot repari,nib removal,flat lapping machines,hand applications,rubber&polyurethane rolls,iron&steel rolls,hard coated rolls(plasma,chrome oxide and carbide coating,glass belt arrissing,glass defect repair, connector polishing ,cam&crank superfinishing) ,they can be used for plastics,composite material,paints&laquers,solid surface composite material,DVD/CP repair , hard matals, metallurgical lapping, roll superfinishing,glass polishing,fibre optics,AOEM/Powertrain components. Size grade can be :N10,N20.N40,N74,N125,N250 |
| Compared with conventional abrasive grinding tools, our electroplated diamond belt and CBN belt / sandpaper feature advantages as belows : 1). Various of toughness and tenacity materials can be pressed by CBN grinder because it is has better toughness than normal grinder. 2). CBN tools has excellent grind ability, it not only can process difficult materials, improve productivity ,but also can strictly control the shape and exactly sizes. mean while the grinding ability have been improved ,the completely surface has been improved obviously after grinding .thereby it increased its grinding ability ,extent its life ,add his reliable. 3). The characteristic of CBN is durable, long life and sharp, good beneficial will be respond if you use it reasonable. 4). The size and shape of CBN grinding changed slowly while in processing .It widely accepted in CNC numerical control machining to process high accuracy products. 5). It can maintenance sharp grinding force for long time ,therefore the cutting force is low, its good to improve the precision and fishing of parts 6). The temperature of grinding is low ,increased its surface quality, avoid crack and burn. 7). Avoiding large harmful dust while in machining process. |

| Effective application of the CBN grinding belts / Paper: 1). The dressing and rough grinding and cutting of high speed steel (which contain W ,W and Mo, and others),especially for Vanadium alloy steel, Cobalt alloy steel and other special HSS. 2). The precision/fine grinding and finishing grinding for the precision parts made by refractory steel, stainless steel and high toughness (>HRC55) alloy steel , since the conventional abrasive tool can’t obtain high grinding accuracy. 3). CBN grinder is an ideal tool for titanium alloy grinding applications,The grinding features is low grinding force ,low grinding temperature ,wear small . 4). Fine grinding and final grinding for large scale precision workpieces (machine tool guide ) caused relativity large thermal deformation ,then cant got high precision if using normal grinder. 5). Large quantities workpieces's (parts of meter and miniature bearing) fine grinding and final grinding at full motive and self-full motive machine tool . |
